The lunch order registration will ‘go live’ in September each year for you to register your child(ren). Please use https://auroradv.hotlunches.
Deadline to order lunch is Thursday at midnight for each upcoming week. Full payment must be received for the order to be processed.
Parents, please be advised that this online lunch program system renews each and every school year. This is to generate new class lists according to the new school year. If you have registered in previous years, this means you MUST register again.
We will be offering a five day (online only) lunch program for the school year, depending on our volunteer numbers. We will need two volunteers per school day for successful operations! Please see the necessary attached paperwork for volunteering.
Online Ordering Instructions
- Go to https://auroradv.hotlunches.
net - Click the ‘REGISTER’ menu at the top of the right hand corner to sign up.
- School code is ASHL (this code is case sensitive).
- Enter your name, email address, and phone number, then a user ID that you will use for access to the hot lunches application. Enter a password, reenter for verification.
- Once registered, you will be logged on to the website.
- Please add your child(ren) by clicking on the ‘STUDENTS’ button below or the ‘PROFILE’ menu tab in order to proceed. Once your child(ren) have been added to the system you will be able to place lunch orders immediately by clicking the ‘ORDER’ button below each child’s name (this is once the menu has been posted).
- Payments are processed online using a gateway called Bambora. You will only be able to participate in the lunch program online. You will not be able to use cash or cheque.
IT'S THAT EASY!
The lunch program will not operate in the event the buses are cancelled. Parents who have ordered lunch will receive credits to their account. Please ensure that you are sending your child a lunch on these days!
Parents/guardians who share custody or want individual accounts for ordering, please email auroralunchprogram@gmail.com to add a second account for your child(ren). Also, if you need assistance with the lunch program email us and we’ll be happy to help you out.
Although you may not choose to place lunch orders for your child(ren) during the school year. You will need an account to order for special events such as the PAC Family BBQ. By registering you will be able to receive emails and reminders from the Parent Advisory Council (PAC). This system is used by the Aurora PAC, not the school for communication.
